sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El concepto de \u00ab<strong>salario m\u00ednimo inembargable<\/strong>\u00bb significa que no es posible aplicar rebajos (por embargos judiciales, deudas de operaciones crediticias, cuotas de afiliaci\u00f3n, pensiones, entre otros) por debajo del&nbsp;<strong>salario m\u00ednimo<\/strong>&nbsp;establecido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta protecci\u00f3n a la inembargabilidad del salario que existe en Costa Rica, tiene por objeto <strong>procurar el bienestar y la existencia digna<\/strong> que engloba el art\u00edculo 57 de nuestra Carta Magna y el convenio 95 de la Organizaci\u00f3n Internacional del Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El C\u00f3digo de Trabajo se\u00f1ala que el salario m\u00ednimo es inembargable, \u00e9ste se fija mediante el decreto que, actualmente, es de una suma l\u00edquida de <em>\u00a2236.655,44<\/em>, delimitado para hacerle frente a las necesidades b\u00e1sicas de la persona trabajadora. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\"><em>(Decreto&nbsp;N\u00b0&nbsp;43633-MTSS que rige a partir del 1 de julio del 2022).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
